Wash the prawns properly. Marinate them with little bit turmeric powder & salt for 5-10mins.

In a microwave safe bowl, add mustard paste, popy seeds paste, add turmeric powder, coconut paste, mustard oil and half teaspoon sugar. Mix well properly till all ingredients blend perfectly. Now add water and salt depending on how much gravy you want to keep. Add slit green chillies in the mixture.

Cover the bowl with lid and microwave it for 4 minutes in 720 temperature. Tada, Chingri Bhapa is ready! ✌️
