Take flour dividing in two parts, in one part add beetroot puri, oil, ajwain make a dough & 2 part add palak puri, oil ajwain make a soft dough.

Make a paratha fold like that add little bit Desi ghee & fold 3 time to like this process, roll out

Repeat the same process to make palak Choor choor paratha

Lachha Paratha, take a dough of palak roll out the Paratha spread oil with the help of brush cut the paratha in the several strips, same process repeated with beetroot dough, arrange strips like the picture shown, and make a roll and make a paratha. Serve with fruit raita,chutney, & milkshake.
