Steps

Take a bowl put wheat flour and ghee mix well and knead dough by using required water. Keep aside.

Take mixer jar put green peas and grind to a coarse paste.

Heat oil in kadhai put green peas paste, ginger and green chilli paste and stir for 10 to 12 minutes on medium flame. Put salt, chilli powder and stir for 1 minute.

Take lemon sized wheat flour dough ball and roll to 3-inch diameter circle. Put green peas stuffing, seal the edges and roll into 6-inch diameter roti.

Heat non stick pan and cook paratha until both sides golden brown using 1/4 tsp Oil.

Repeat with the remaining dough and stuffing to make3 more parathas. Serve hot with aloo ki gravy sabzi.
