Ingredients

  • 250 gdaal Channa
  • Onion 1 medium
  • 125 gmlokhi
  • 1 table spoonRed chilli
  • 1/2 tea spoonturmeric
  • Pinchcumin seeds
  • 3whole chilli
  • to tasteSlate
  • Oil half cup
  • 1tomato

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil daal Chanato make tender

  2. 2

    Fry onion in little oil add all spices fry add tomato tender it add Lauki fry and add boiled daal. Cook for 15 to 20 minute.

  3. 3

    For tarka heat oil add zeera whole chilli and curry pata and give tarka on to the daal

  4. 4
