Method for Har Mirchon ka Salan...Wash green chillies and make slit in them

In a wok put oil half cup and sliced onions and make them pink

Then grind these pink onions with yogurt

Then in a pan separately roast turn by turn peanuts, till coconut, sabit dhania and cumin

Then grind them

In a wok put half cup oil and add cumin,karri patta, meethi dana, Rai and add onion and yogurt mixture to it

Now add grind Masala to it

Now add tarmarind water and green chillies to it.

Let it cook for 10 mins

Serve with paratha
