Take all the tomatoes in a vessel. add 2 cup water and salt

Tomato blanching. make puree.

To make white sauce, melt butter and roast maida for 1/2 minute.

Add milk and stir until it reaches a thick, syrupy consistency

Add to the tomato puree, mix salt, pepper, sugar to taste

Also add water to get the proper soup consistency,

Heat soup and mix well to get very creamy consistency.

At the time of serving put a bread croutons in bowl of soup.
