Steps

First make a first layer of rice in a pan add oil than garlic saute it with veggies add salt,red chilli powder,soya sauce mix it well and add rice in it an stirr it well

Rice are ready

For sauce :- Blanch tomatoes and garlic together in a blender and add water in a pan add all things together and stirr it till it's done add seasoning accd to taste

For rice :- Take a pan add oil and saute all the vegetables when it's done add seasoning accd to taste and add soya sauce also mix it well and add boiled noodles and it's done

For fried Noodles :- Take boiled noodles add in hot oil till it crisps and it's ready when it comes in a golden colour

Now make a layer of dish First we place rice than sauce than noodles in the end add fried noodles in it and serve it with Coriander leaves

Now the dish is ready to serve
