Boil the noodles with salt and 1 tsp oil.

Boil 8 to 10 mnt peppers in water, then mix with garlic and some salt and grind it into a mixer to make a paste.

Heat oil in a pan, add ready red chilli paste and fry it a little.

Add white onion and green onions and fry them on high heat for 1mnt. Add carrots,cabbage and capsicum and cook 1mnt

Add noodles, soy sauce and salt and cook on 2mnt high heat. Add green onion and coriander and mix. Chilli Garlic Hakka Noodles is ready
