Blinder ma dahi, payaz, red chilli powder, salt, haldi, kuyti hui lal mirch, 1 jug water or baysan daal kar achi tarah se blend kar lay.

Blend kia huwa mixer pan ma daal kar pak nay kay liye rakh daay 20 se 25 minutes kay liye.

Jab mixer thick hu jaya tu lahsan or hari mirch ka bhagar daay daay.

Chawal, achar, raitay or roti kay sath serve kary. (daal gosht, sabzi ki recipe phalay di hui hia).
