Chinese Fried Rice

Heat up the wok until it starts to smoke. sprinkle a tsp of water so nothing burns.

Add oil now sauté celery for 30 seconds throw in green chillies. ginger, garlic and onion cook these for a 1 min.

Add all the vegetables except spring onions and stir fry them for another minute. These should remain crisp.

Now add the sauces,vinegar,salt and pepper.

Check for all the seasoning at this point.

Mix in the rice gently making sure each grains is covered with the sauce.

Chinese fried rice is reasy. Garnish with spring onion and serve hot.
