Ingredients

20 minutes

  • 2Egg
  • Potatoes 2 medium size cube cut
  • Onion 1 small size chopped
  • Green chillies 2 chopped
  • 1 tspRed chillies powder
  • to tasteSalt according
  • 4 tbspOil

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil, add onion. Cook, till golden brown. Add potatoes, Red chillies powder, Salt. Mix half cup water and cover till potatoes done.

  2. 2

    Now add eggs. Stir well, till oil appears. Add green chillies and it's ready to serve. Serve with bread or parathas.
