This was a pre made frozen dough,defrosting to room temperature.later added 1 cup of milk -water mixture to one cup of plain flour mixture

Add the flour then whisk preferably using electric whisk if there are lumps,otherwise use fork or hand whisk if lumps form.also,using warmed up milk help with less lumpsand putting little flour at a time and adding some milk alternating it..Will help in better smoother dough while mixing

Add rest of flour and water -milk mix.

When the dough is pourable like so.you can add about a full scooper,like the one shown.here the thinner the dough it was better then thicker because it cooks better.leave on medium heat about a minute and turn other side about another minute...checking for signs of nicely cooked pan bread InshaAllah

Surface the pan and move it around until all dough is evenly distributed.

Put some very little oil at the other side.to help from stickin and to cook better.once the pan bread is piping up,this indicates cooking thru nicely and heat is ok...once nice spots on one side and nice golden brown spots on the other side it's done alhamdulillah

Bismillah enjoy with cup of tea,or coffee or milk..these are very versatile and made in soo many cultures and can be even had with soups in some cultures when the moms gave birth and this is one food that is soft on tummy and essily digested and very readily prepared by caring granmas and moms or aunts, of the wazazi,(child bearer at time of after births) also others use to mix the flours such as whole meals and semolina even some use veggie flours!!they use different filling sweet or savoury
