Rasiya or Gud ki kheer is a traditional dessert of Bihar. We make it in winters, specially chhath.
Steps

Boil 1 ltr full cream milk.

Soak Basmati rice for 30 minutes.

Soak cashews and almonds for sometimes.

Wash and drain rice.

Add rice in boiling milk.

Stir continues and cook till rice become soft.

In another pan melt 1 cup jaggery with 1/2 cup water.

Make chashni and let it cool.

When kheer will done add cashews and almonds.

Let it cool.

When kheer will completely cooled add chashni in it and mix well.

Garnish with chopped dry fruits and enjoy.
