Sieve semolina,maida,besan,baking powder in a big bowl.

Add ghee to this dry ingredients and give a good whisk. Make a dough.

Make 16 Dough small balls out of this dough. Slightly flatten it.

Keep in a greased tray. Bake it at 180°c in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.

Let it cool down completely. Serve it. Enjoy your Nan khatai.
