30 minutes
2 servings
  • 200 gmseived sooji
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tbspoil
  • as neededOil for frying
  • 1 cupoil

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a bowl add sooji,salt,baking powder,mix it well.

  2. 2

    Add 1tbsp oil mix it.

  3. 3

    Add some water mix it.

  4. 4

    Knead it with the help of water.

  5. 5

    It will be some hard.

  6. 6

    Keep it a side for 30 minute.

  7. 7

    Now take it out on the working platform.

  8. 8

    Make a big ball,then roll it out.

  9. 9

    Roll it thin.

  10. 10

    Now take a round cutter,cut this rolled in small circle.

  11. 11

    Head the oil,fry these circles crispy.

  12. 12

    Enjoy these pani puri with homemade sweet & sour spicy, water.
