Steps

Melt butter and add garlic and onions saute for 2 minutes

Add methi, salt and sugar,vegetable stock

Boil the mixture until methi, mutter are cooked, cool and make puree

After add into the pan and one boil

Heat soup and add, fresh cream and pepper
