Your family and friends will beg you to make this! I even give my moms secret ingredient! #mycookbook
Cooking Instructions

Chop potatoes into small cubes and boil Potatoes in cold water until tender in a large pan. You can boil your eggs in the same water.

Chop 12 boiled egg whites and 2 egg yolks and place to the side. Chop one cup of onion (small) and drain as much juice off of your sweet relish as you can.
- 3
To a large bowl add potatoes, egg whites, relish, onion. Add salt and pepper. Add a pinch of garlic powder if your adventurous 😁.

Add I cup of mayonnaise and 1 teaspoon of mustard. Add 1 teaspoon of celery seed(secret ingredient) to make it super special! Pop in the refrigerator and keep cold until ready to serve!

My mama taught me to make this as a little girl. The whole family just LOVES it and to me its really EASY to do, and much better than store bought. It is even KID FRIENDLY!! (I do use raw onions but my kids like them but you can also split the recipe in half and use half the onion in one half and one half without. This is what I do for family events cause my dad won't eat raw onions but loves the potato salad!! This recipe is very adjustable between onions, mustard types, mayo and eggs n' taters!!) Just adjust to your family's taste buds and hopefully you and yours will love it too!!
