Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgBeef mince
  2. Potato 2 cube cut
  3. 4Onion
  4. Garlic 1 handfull
  5. 2tomatos
  6. 1 inchGinger
  7. 2.3Green chilli
  8. 3/4 cupOil
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. Red chilli powder 1 1/2 ts
  11. 1 pinchTurmaric
  12. 5.7Whole black pepper
  13. Zeera 1 ts

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pressure cooker add onion garlic tomatoes and mince add water 💦 and whistle lgwa lein 10 to 15 min

  2. 2

    Now open the pressure cooker masala mash kar lein or sary spices dal dein ab oil dal ke achi trhan bhoon lein sath hi crushed ginger or green chilli add kar dein.

  3. 3

    Jab qeema achi trhan bhoon jay to potatoes add kar dein. And allow them to done.

  4. 4

    . Serve it with grma garam chapati
