Ingredients

  • kgBeef mince(qeema)1
  • 2 tbspRed chilli crushed
  • 5 tbspCrushed Pomegranate/anardana
  • Tomatoes 3chopped
  • 3Eggs
  • (fry 2 eggs then cut into little pieces..mix 1 raw egg and 2 fried eggs together in qeema mixture)
  • Salt as your taste
  • 2 tbspGarlic and ginger paste
  • Green Chilies 5__6 chopped
  • 2 tbspCoriander Crushed
  • Onions 2 medium size chopped
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch chopped
  • 2 tbspZeera crushed
  • Green onions/spring onions half cup
  • 1 tbspGàram masala powder
  • 2 tbspButter
  • 6 tablespoonsCorn Flour /makayi ka ata
  • 1 cupOil for frying

    In a bowl mix together mince (qeema), butter, crushed red chilli,crushed coriander seeds, crushed zeera,

    Crushed pomegranate seeds, makayi flour, 2 eggs fry chopped, chopped onion, green chilli chopped,

  3. 3

    Coriander leaves chopped, salt,gàram masala,tomatoes, egg 1 UN cook, and mix well.

  4. 4

    Keep aside for 1 hour,shape into big kababs, shallow fry in oil /ghee,and fix 1slice of tomato onto each kabab before frying. Fry till light golden in colour.

    The delicious peshawri chapli kababs are ready to serve to dahi ki chunti, partha and as u like to serve it with puri..
