Chicken dakbunglow

Add curd,lemon juice,salt,sugar 1/2 tbsp garlic paste,1/2 tbsp ginger paste,1 tsp coriander powder,1 tsp red chilli powder,1/2 tsp turmeric powder, pepper powder,1/2 of onion paste,1 tsp oil and marinate for at least 1.5 hours. Add 1/2 cup oil to pan. Fry eggs and potatoes. Keep aside. Add cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds. Let they crackle. Add chopped onion saute for 2 minutes. Add rest of ginger garlic onion paste.

Saute for 3 minutes. Add chopped tomato. Cook well adding salt. Add potatoes.

Add marinated chicken. Cook using lid in medium and high flame for 20 minutes stirring in between. In a bowl add rest of masala powder and 1/2 cup of water. Mix well and add to the pan. Cook in low and medium flame for 15 minutes stirring occasionally. Use lid. Add eggs. Serve with rice or roti
