Roast the sesame seeds till nice golden.Do not burn it.Just roast for 2 to 3 mins.Dry roast the peanuts too.If you wish you can remove the skin.Dry roaat the almonds too

Heat Ghee in a pan and add the jaggery and let it melt.Keep stirring so the jaggery doesn't burn.Add the water and cook till a nice sticky paste is formed

Grind the sesame seeds along with some roasted peanuts and Almonds and setaside.Grind some fresh cardamom pods to get 1 tsp cardamon pwdr.U can use raisins to if you like.Fry it

Add the grinded powder of sesame seeds,Almonds and peanuts

Cook till a nice thick consistency is formed

Remove in a plate and let it cool.Cut into thin slices

Store in a airtight container
