Take a container add rice wash it nicely and soak it for 10 mins.

Take a pressure cooker and add oil and ghee heat it add cloves, black pepper, green cardamom, mustard seeds, Cumin seeds, green chillies,ginger-garlic paste, onion, green peas fry it well & nicely upto turn brown and add turmeric powder, water, rice, salt,cumin-coriander powder fry it well.

Next close a pressure cooker and cook it for 3 whistles. Serve it hot with papad & chass.
