Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 packthin fish cakes, cut into 1 triangular pieces
  • 2 tspGochujang, or to taste
  • 2 tspolive oil
  • 1 tbspminced garlic
  • 2green onion, cut into one inch pieces
  • 3 tbsphoney
  • 1 tbspwater
  • 1 tspapple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoonsesame seeds, or to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Put the fish cakes in the fryer basket and air fry at 380F (190C) for 5-6 minutes.

  2. 2

    In the meantime, take a wok or a skillet to saute the garlic for about one minute until fragrant. Add all the other ingredients and stir constantly until the sauce slightly thickens.

  3. 3

    Add in the fish cakes. Stir to coat them with the sauce.
