Ingredients

1-2 servings
  • 100 gmsBasmati rice
  • 50 gmsMoong Dal
  • 15-20Raisins
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 2 teaspoonsSugar
  • 1 tspJeera
  • FewGreen chillies
  • 1 tspCumin seeds
  • 1bay leaf
  • as requiredGhee
  • 1-2cloves
  • 1-2cardamoms
  • 1 tspTurmeric powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pressure cooker, add ghee let it heat well, add cumin seeds and bay leaf.

    Wash the rice and dal together, pour in the cooker, add salt, sugar, turmeric powder.

  3. 3

    Put for 3-4 whistles in low medium flame, garnish and serve with ghee and raisins above.
