Ingredients

2 servings
  • 250 gramboiled arbi
  • 100 grammakhane roasted and grinded
  • 2 tablespoonsroasted peanuts
  • 2green chillies chopped
  • 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoonroasted cumin powder
  • 1 tablespoonchopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tablespoonPomegranate
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tablespoonoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly take boiled arbi in plate mashed it, add makhana powder, salt, red chilli, cumin powder, coriander leaves and mix it nicely and keep aside.

  2. 2

    Meanwhile make filling, take peanuts, pomegranate, salt, green chillies and mix nicely.

  3. 3

    Then take ball size arbi mixture and put fillings in the center and closed it and give the shape like kebabs, make all kebabs like this.

  4. 4

    Take non stick pan and swallow fry all kebabs.

  5. 5

    Then served with any dip or chutney.
