To make the cream, whip the heavy cream, then add the mascarpone, sugar, and milk-coffee mixture. Mix until you get a thick, smooth cream.

Cut the pandoro into small pieces and use them to make two layers of tiramisu in a small bowl or cup. Drizzle with a teaspoon of coffee, but don’t soak too much.

Serve with a dusting of unsweetened cocoa powder.
