Sab se pehly payaz ko oil mein bhon lain ke halka brown hone lage. Ho jae to nikal lain.

Ab 1cup pani shamil karain aur ache se graind kar ke paste bana lain.

Phir jug mein tamatar, lahsun, sabaz mirch, Adrak, namak, laal mirch, dara mirch, zeera aur garam masala shamil karain.

Aur 1cup pani daal kar graind kar lain.

Ab chicken mein tamatar ka mixture aur haldi daal kar chicken galne taq paka lain aur bhon lain.

Bhon lain to payaz ka paste shamil karain aur 5 minutes dam per paka lain.

Oil uper a Jae to sabaz dhanya shamil kar ke mazeed 5 minutes dam per paka lain.
- 8
Mazedaar simple chicken qorma tayar hai.
