So, I found a way, in which I can always add and omit ingredients according to my convenience. So, let's see how to make this Nutritious Paratha/Roti
Steps
- 1
Take all vegetables and spices in a chopper jar and finely chop it. Even add green chutney into it.
- 2
Take another bowl and add all flours altogether. Add a little bit of oil into the flour and mix it well. Into add the vegetable mixture we made using an electric chopper. And Knead the flour to make a stiff dough. Add water if required.
- 3
Once the dough gets ready. Roll it using Roller Pin and Board. Make a round Paratha and roast it on the Pan greasing it with oil on both sides once it starts getting cooked.
- 4
Once your two Parathas are done. Let's get a twist while serving it. Take one paratha and spread green chutney on it. Then keep another on that paratha with chutney. Cut into pieces and serve with either Moring Tea, Juice, Soup. Can be kept in kids' tiffin as well, just as I did.

This was to make Parathas. Now to make Rotis from it. Here is the method. Put the Roti in the earthen pan and roast it on both the sides one by one and at last roast it on flame till it gets the light brown shade.
