Ingredients

  • 2 tspoil
  • 1/2 tspmustard seed
  • pinchhing/asafoetida
  • as neededcurry leaves
  • 1 inchginger crushed
  • 2 garlic cloves crushed
  • 1green chilli chopped
  • 2 tbspcoriander finely chopped
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • 2aloo( potatoes) boiled & mashed
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 tbsplemon juice
  • For besan batter
  • 3/4 cupgram flour ( besan)
  • 1 tbsprice flour
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/4 tspkashmiri red chilli powder
  • pinchhing / asafoetida
  • to tastesalt
  • 1/2 tspbaking soda
  • As neededWater
  • As neededOil for frying
  • 2pav
  • 2 tspgreen chutney
  • 2 tspcoconut and red chilli garlic powder
  • 3fry green chilli

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly, take bowl and add aloo mixture all ingredients and ball sized aloo mixture mix it well.and dip in besan batter and coat well.

    deep fry in hot oil stirring occasionally.

  2. 2

    Now slit the ladi pav and spread green chutney and dry cocount red chilli garlic chutney.

  3. 3

    Place the prepared vada in center of pav, besan bhajiya chura and fried chilli.

    finally, press the vada pav and serve immediately.
