Soak the rice and dal for 30 minutes.

Wash the vegetables and chopped and keep aside. Fry the cashews and keep aside 1/4 cup tamarind juice.

In a pressure cooker add oil heat it then add jeera, bay leaves,hing, onion, curry leaves and garlic and fry for 1 minute then add all vegetables and fry for 2 minutes then add tomatoes and dad red chilli powder Bisi bele bath powder, haldi and salt to taste fry for 2 minutes then add soak rice and dal and mix well and add 6 cup water and tamarind juice add coriander leaves. Close the pressure cooker lid and take whistles and off the flame and keep aside for 7 minutes.

In a pan put ghee and heat it then add mustard seeds red dry chilli and cashews add the tadka in Bisi bele bath.

The tasty and delicious Bisi bele bath is ready. Garnish with Fry cashews.Serve with potato chips
