Ingredients

  • 1 cup- plain cooked rice
  • 4 tbsp- curd
  • 2 cup- water
  • Rock Salt to tatse
  • 1/4- lemon juice
  • 1 inch- Greated ginger
  • 2 tbsp- coriander leaves
  • Tadka-
  • 1tsp-oil
  • 2- dried red chillies
  • 1 pinch- asaefotida
  • 5-6- curry leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and cook the rice in a saucepan/pressure cooker.

    Place a boil rice in a bowl and mash it with a spoon. Add water and mix well.

    Add curd,chopped coriander leaves,greated ginger and mix well.add lemon juice and mix well.

    Heat a tadka pan add oil.add dried red chillies and saute till crisp. Add curry leaves,panchforan masala and asafoetida.

    Add this tadka to rice mix well.
