Take 5-6strips of spinach.Clean it nicely and take out the excessive stem out of it.

Take a bowl,add gram flour,rice flour,ginger garlic paste,green chilli paste,salt according to taste,cumin powder,chat masala and black pepper,red chilli and a little bit of water.Mix it nicely and make a thick paste of it.

Once the paste is ready put one by one spinach leaf in the paste and coat it well both the sides of the leaf.

Take a pan heat oil in the pan and now put one by one coated spinach leaf in the oil.

Fry it both the sides for about 2-3miutes. Serve it crisp and hot.
