12 nos Jumbo Prawns

Chop tip of head, tail, legs and Devein leaving the shell on

Put seasoning in a pan with oil. Sauté till onions are transparent

Add the ground paste and keep frying on medium flame till oil surfaces. Add half cup water salt to taste
- 5
Add the prawns and keep on medium to low flame till prawns are cooked
- 6
Finally add vinegar to taste if required
- 7
If the gravy turns out too dry add another half cup water and give one boil and turn off the flame. Garnish with chopped Coriander leaves and thinly sliced ginger.
