  • 1/4 tspSalt
  • 2 tbspOil
  • as a required water
  • For filling
  • 12 piecesBonless chicken
  • 2Onion chopped
  • 1/2 tbspGinger garlic paste
  • 1 tspVinegar
  • 1 tspsoya sauce
  • 1/2 tspBlack pepper
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1/2 cupWater
  • 1 tbspOil

    Bowl me maida, salt or oil daal kar achi trah mix kar lein. Thora Thora pani daal ke ghound lein or soft dough ready kar lein.
    Cover kar Ke 30 mint Ke liye rakh dein
    Doungh ko half tbsp oil hath par lagaKe dubara ghound lein.
    Working surface par atta chirk kar dough ko rolling pin ki help se bail lein.

    Dough ko 4 hiso mein cut kar lein or brush se oil lg lein. 3 pati grease kar lein. Aik patti ko chor Ke baqi 3 patti baili hui par oil grease Ke sath maida b chirk dein.aik dousre ke upar rakh dein. Jo aik patti chor thi oil grease ki hui, esko last me ultra rakh dein. Round me sub patti ko press kar dein...

    Rolling pin se bail lein. Kinaro se zyada Bailey. Roti ki trah ni Bailna.. Round me Thora Thora bail ke roti bri kar lein. Tawa garam karein or halki anch par 30 second Ke liye dono side se paka lein. Phir 4 layers ko alg alg kar lein or thanda kar lein. Roll or samosa patti Ke size me cut kar Ke zip lock bag me 3 week Ke liye rakh skty hen. Side se humny patti ki cutting kithi usko waste na karein. Fry kar Ke Chana chat me dal NY Ke liye rakh dein.

    Half cup water me chicken 1 tsp salt or ginger garlic paste dal Ke water dry hony tak pkayen. Boiled chicken ko tor lein..
    Non stick pan me 1 tbsp oil me Boiled chicken dalein. Vinegar, soya sauce, black pepper dal Ke mix karein. 2 mint mix krty jayen. Onion dal dein. 2 mint mix krty jayen.. Thanda kar lein.

    2 tbsp maida Ke patla sa paste bana lein pani daal kar. Paste Na zyada patla ho na zyada Gardha ho.
    Roll ki 3ikoni Ke Thora agy 2 tbsp chicken material rakhen or roll krty huye, side Wali 2 3ikono ko baad kar Ke roll krty hue last 3ikon me maida ka paste brush se lgayen

    Roll krty hue band kar dein. Aisy he sare ready kar lein. Oil me shallo fry karein.

competition k liye step wise picture bht zarori Hy koshish Kare k ayenda competition aye to step wise picture lein
aur steps chote likhe paraghaph ki surat main nhi usey follow karne walo k liye mushkil hoti Hy.
