Ingredients

  • 8-10medium potatoes
  • 1 bowlgram flour
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tbspgarlic paste
  • leavesCorriander
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel,Wash n slice the potatoes. Add salt n tumeric powder.Mix well n leave for 20mins there will be some water from the mixture.

    Add the gram flour n garlic paste.Mix well then add the Corriander.

    Put oil in a karai n fry your bhajiyas on medium heat.

    Serve with tamarind sauce or any sauce of your choice with a cup of hot tea or juice.
