Peel the outer layer of carrots Wash them & grate them.

Heat up a heavy bottom karahi & add the grated carrot in it.Saute for 10 minutes.

Now add milk & cook on low flame till all the milk dissolves. Stirr constantly

Add Sugar & stirr for few minutes.Now add malai & stirr.Add pure ghee & stirr.Cook on low flame till oil spreads.

Garnish with chopped cashews & grated khoya.Serve hot.
