Ingredients

  • 5big potatoes cut into fries
  • Cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoonketchup
  • 1 tablespoontomato paste
  • Lime Juice
  • Any sweet sauce (I use galitos lemon and herb sauce)
  • Corriander for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Double fry the fries. Both times achieve a crisp feel.

    Fries ready for cooking with its sauce.

    Now heat all other ingredients on a frying pan till it bubbles, then add in the fries little at a time while mixing in.

    Add in the chopped corriander and serve!
