Carrot-Onion Potli

For Potli dough: In a bowl take maida. Add salt, oil ajwain and knead a soft dough. Keep aside for 15-20 mins.

For stuffing: In a kadhai add butter. When it melts add onion and saute for 2 mins.

Then add carrot and saute for few mins. Add ginger-garlic paste and all the above spices.

Add coriander leaves and mix it nicely. Keep this stuffing aside to cool.

Now take the dough and divide into small balls. Roll it and put the stuffing in the center and make Potli as shown in pic. Same way make all the potlis and keep aside.

Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry all the potlis until golden brown.

Serve it with sauce or green chutney. Tastes yummy.
