Grilled sweet potatoe chips#healthy#themechallenge

In a saucepan put 2 liters water, bring it to boil, add salt and 2 tsp oil,,, now add sweet potatoe chips and half boil it, remove water and add 2 Tbsp corn flour and black pepper powder and mix gently, leave it aside for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes mix 1Tbsp olive oil to the chips and put it in a greased tray and grilled until golden brown, stir in between 2 to 3 times, approximate time of grilling 7 to 8 minutes,, (keep close eyes on it, otherwise can burn easily)

Healthy grilled sweet potato chips are ready,,, crispy from outside and soft from inside,, remove from the oven sprinkle salt chili powder, asafetida and squeeze lemon on top,,serve immediately.
