  1. 250 gmgajar/carrot
  2. to taste salt
  3. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  4. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  5. 2 tsp fennel seeds
  6. 2 tsp grinded mustard seeds
  7. 2 tsp lemon juice
  8. 2 tspmustard oil

  1. 1

    Wash and peel the gajar. Dry it than cut in desired shape.

    Prepare all the spices.

    Hot the oil than cool it.

    Now take gajar, spices lemon juice.

    Mix all ingredients.

    Now add warm oil in it mix well. Serve after 24 hours.
