  2. Grind red pepper
  3. Maggi
  4. Salt
  5. Oil
  6. Ginger
  7. Onga
  8. Curry

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and cut the beef, pour the beef into a colander so that the water will stained. Mix oil and all the dry ingredients in a large bowl pour the beef inside and turn it very well. Let it marinate for an hour, then you grill beef in oven. Use knife to examine if the beef is soft. Enjoy!
