Ingredients

8-12 servings
  • 1/4 cupSugar
  • 2 tbspVenigar
  • 1/4 cupWater
  • Garlic 1 small clovr
  • Ginger 1/2 inch pice
  • Saltb1tsp
  • 1 tspChiliflake or to desire
  • 2 tspKetchup
  • 1 tbspCorn starch
  • 1 tbspWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add sugar then veniger

    Now add salt water and other ingredients

    Now put the pan on flame and cook it on high flame until it boil

    When it is cooked mix cornstarch into 1tbsp water and add it into sauce cook for awhile and turn off the flame
