Ingredients

  • 1 lb. (16 oz.)Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cupsour cream
  • 1 (14 oz.)smoked sausage link
  • 1/2 cupeach, red and green peppers, chopped
  • 1/2 cuponion, chopped
  • 1Roma tomato, chopped
  • 1 clovegarlic, minced
  • 2 tsp.Creole/Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp.black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Place the velveeta, sour cream, peppers, onion, tomato and garlic in a crockpot.

    Cut the sausage into bite size chunks and saute in a little oil over medium high heat until browned.

    Add to crockpot along with seasonings.

    Stir completely.

    Cook on low for 3 hrs.
