  5. 1/2 cupchopped green coriander
  6. 1 tspchopped ginger
  7. 1 tbspchopped garlic
  8. 2green chilli chopped
  9. 1/2 tspcumin powder
  10. 1/2 tsproasted panch phutan
  11. 1/2 tspbaking powder
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. For the stuffing
  14. 1/2 cupgrated mozzarella cheese
  15. 2 tbspjalapeno finely chopped
  16. as neededPineapple Salsa
  17. 1/3 tspperperi powder
  18. Ingredients
  19. Pineapple Salsa
  20. 2 sliceroasted pineapple
  21. 3 tbspsweet chilli sauces
  22. BabaGanoushDip
  23. 1medium size eggplant roasted
  24. 3 tbsphung curd
  25. 1 tspchopped green chilli
  26. 2 tbspchopped green coriander leaves
  27. 1 tspgarlic grated
  28. 1 tspgrated ginger
  29. 1/2 tsptahini paste
  30. to tasteSalt
  31. TzatziDip
  32. 2 tbspgrated cucumber(water squized out)
  33. 2 tbsphung curd
  34. 2 tspchopped green coriander leaves
  35. 1/2 tspginger grated
  36. 1/3 tspgarlic grated
  37. to tasteSalt
  38. 2 tbspextra virgin olive oil
  39. 1/2 tspcumin powder
  40. 1/3 tspblack pepper powder
  41. Salad
  42. 1 cupchopped lettuce 1/2 cup grated cucumber (water drained)
  43. 1 cupchopped green,red, yellow bell paper
  44. 1 tbspchopped onion
  45. 1/2 tspgrated garlic
  46. 3 tbspsalad dressing
  47. 1 tsproasted sesame seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the ingredients of stuffing well and keep aside.

    Grind and ingredients of dough in a grinder to a coarse paste. Rest it for 10 minutes.

    Make cylindrical cutlets with 1 tsp stuffing and deep fry in low-medium flame.
    Crispy and delicious falafel is ready.

    Chopped the pineapple slices into small chunks and mix the sauce. Salsa is ready.

    Mix all the ingredients above and make a smooth paste.

    Transfer to a serving container and garnish with pomegranate kernel and coriander leaves.

    Mix all the ingredients nicely with the help of a spoon and the dip is ready.

    Mix all salad ingredients with salad dressing and garnish with sesame seeds.
