Ingredients

2-3 persons
  • 1/2 kgbhindi
  • 4onion
  • 8-10whole red chillies
  • 1 tbspcumin
  • 2 tbsplemon juice
  • 1 cupoil
  • Salt as per required

    Collect all ingredients.

    Start with chop onions & bhindi.

  3. 3

    Add 1/2 cup oil to the pan & heat it.

    Fry the onions turn golden.

    Take another pan.

    Now add 1/2 cup oil & bhindi.

    Fry for 10 mins.

    Then mix together.

    Add salt,cumin & red chillies(crushed).

    Then add lemon juice.

    Serve hot with Roti & Raita.
