Milk and ginger tea

At first in a saucepan boil milk and water. Keep flame low to medium.

Now add 1 tbsp tea into this and let it boil for 1 minute.

Now add geared ginger /adrak into it and boil it for about 5 minutes so that it gets flavored with flavor of ginger.

Now add sugar according to your taste and let it boil for 1 minute so the sugar will dissolve.

Turn off the heat.

Using a small strainer filter the adrak chai into cups or a teapot.

Our ginger tea is ready.
