  • 3 tablespoonfresh milk
  • Chopped green pepper
  • Seasoning and spices
  • to tasteSalt and chilli

    In a bowl break in egg,add in milk,chopped green pepper,seasoning,spices,salt and chill,whisk and pour in poly bag and steam cook

    After steam cooking,cut to desired shapes and fry in hot oil

Great. I love egg fingers though never added milk before. So, please the milk is it nono(kindirmo) or evaporated milk can suffice?Thanks for sharing
