Chop onion,carrot,green bell pepper, grind scotch bonnets with garlic, Smash 1 piece of sardine and set aside

Set pot on medium heat add water and allow to boil, add chopped onion,carrot,scotch bonnet, and smashed sardine, allow to boil for some mins

Break indomie and add, stir and cover for some mins, add spices oil and green bell pepper, stir then cover the pot and allow to cook. Serve hot🍝
