This is the heat recipe which i have learned from one of my favourite cooking group by our fellow group member. A rich and flavourful Bengali Delicacy KHEER KOMOLA. It's like thick Orange Rabrri. Believe me you will lick your spoon to clean it off.

Steps

Simmer milk in a wide pan.
After every few minutes collect the top thick layer with a spoon and put aside in the pan.
Cook about 2-3 hrs - 2
When Milk will turn slightly pinkish and reduce upto 1/3.
Add sugar and orange zest and cook for few more minutes. - 3
Allow it to cool at room temperature. Add Orange juice fresh cream (it's optional) and Orange segments

Mix and pour into serving bowls.
Kheer Komola is ready so serve chilled
