  2. 1/2 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  3. 1/2 teaspoonChilli flakes
  4. Salt as your taste
  5. 1 teaspoonZeera
  6. 1/2 teaspoonCrash whole dhania
  7. 1/4 teaspoonAjwain
  8. 1 glassPani batter banane k lya
  9. 3_5 slice cutting Onion
  10. 3_5 Chopped Green chilli
  11. 2_4 Aloo cutting in round shape
  12. 1bunch chopped dhaniya pati
  13. 6_8 cut green chilli

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Besan me salt, chilli powder,chilli flakes,zeera,danyi,ajwain

    Aur pani dal kar achi trah mix kar ke batter bana lein

  3. 3

    Aur phir vegetable besan ke batter mix kar ke gram oil me fry kar lein

  4. 4

    Aur light brown hojay to nikal lein.now crispy pakora ready hai.

    Serve with roti and chutney.
